When you use Perimeter OS, we collect information necessary to provide our security operations platform. This includes account information (name, email, company details), usage data (feature interactions, login timestamps), guard operational data (GPS check-ins, patrol records, incident reports), and technical data (browser type, IP address, device information).
We use your information to provide and improve the Perimeter OS platform, process transactions and send related information, send technical notices and support messages, respond to your requests and provide customer service, and monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience.
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. We implement row-level security to ensure complete tenant isolation. Passwords are hashed using Argon2id. Backups are encrypted and stored in geographically separate locations.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, email delivery), when required by law or legal process, and with your consent or at your direction (e.g., client portal sharing).
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Operational data (patrol logs, incidents, check-ins) is retained according to your subscription plan. Upon account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, though anonymized analytics data may be retained.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at privacy@perimeteros.com. If you are in California, you have additional rights under the CCPA. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under the GDPR.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to third-party advertisers. Analytics cookies are used solely to improve our platform and can be opted out of.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
