Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the Perimeter OS platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Perimeter OS provides a cloud-based security operations management platform including guard management, patrol tracking, incident reporting, scheduling, billing, client portal, and related services. Features vary by subscription plan.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations, and the accuracy of information you provide through the platform.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for annual plans cancelled within the first 30 days. Free trial accounts convert to paid plans at the end of the trial period if not cancelled.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into the platform. Perimeter OS does not claim ownership of your operational data, client information, or uploaded documents. We process your data solely to provide the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any laws or regulations, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit malware or malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate security operations management.
We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.
Perimeter OS is a management tool and does not replace professional security judgment. We are not liable for security incidents at your sites, guard performance or misconduct, decisions made based on platform data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted. We may immediately suspend accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
